I have been working at ChemPoint.com

    Pros

You can come in with little to no business experience and learn a lot.
    Great benefits. Great environment.

    Cons

Pay is on the low end of the scale. Most teams are over-worked for the compensation. Lots of turnover.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Figure out a way to retain employees to decrease turnover

    I worked at ChemPoint.com full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    -great people, awesome company culture
    -great management
-lots of flexibility (working hours, possibility to work remotely)
    -good benefits package
-lots of opportunities to advance within the company esp in sales..but tougher for those that start in the entry-level customer service
-cool parties and company lunches :-)

    Cons

-small salary. When you are promoted they give you the minimum for the position. When a person is hired from the outside of the company, they can negotiate their salary
    -high employee turn-over
-depending on the department and the management, there might be limited opportunities for advancement

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on employee retention, promote people from within, increase salary and bonus
