Pros – Benefits and time off are pretty decent.
Cons – The management is poor at best. My particular deparment had horrible management. Supervisor was someone who couldn't even look at you when having a conversation and nothing got done by the Team Lead or their Supervisor. Turnover was embarrasing and the Department head did little but talk all day and figure out who to either fire or drive to quitting next.
Advice to Senior Management – Take a look at your Management Team and the amount of turnover in the departments. Stop putting in new Leadership without checking to see what the company needs.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
