“High rate of turnover and terminations.”
Current Employee – been working at Chenega
Pros – Good benefits. Human Resources Dept is responsive. Work in another division of this company.
Cons – Questionable hiring practices and management. High rate of turnover and terminations. Manager needs improvement in communication and needs management training himself.
Advice to Senior Management – Hire competent hiring manager and employ a human resource employee on site to avoid any legal issues.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
