    Pros

The Culture, Benefits package, Campus are hard to beat. They offer a great work/life culture an excellent benefits package including generous 401(k) model and a beautiful work campus to come to.

    Cons

Very demanding and high expectations. But that is what makes the company such a success and it is fun to be a part of it.

I have been working at Chesapeake Energy

    Pros

This company is well managed and takes care of its employees. There is ample compensation and the company is growing.

    Cons

Right now there is not a whole lot of room to move up. More locations to choose from would be nice also.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider lateral advancement of employees to other business operations. Keep the same streamlined structure that has enabled the company's success.
