Very well compensated. Incredible benefits. Great work environment. Great company.

Cons

Some corporate bureaucracy, but less than would be expected from a Fortune 500 company.

    Pros

    Great environment, friendly people, and easy going

    Cons

    Poor communications at times, lack of planning.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Leadership needs to communicate/plan better for the employees. Also if upper management could listen more to it's employees.

    Pros

    For the benefits and that it is under the cheasapeak umbrella. Its pretty stable and have more benefits than they know what to do with.

    Cons

    Long hours. Time away from your family. Can be very stressfull at times but it is in the drilling side of things,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Talk to your employess and quit making changes that will cause people to leave or the good people will leave.
