Pros

Great pay, great people, great work! I really enjoy working here, yes it is a lot of hard work but is very rewarding. It is fun to come to work each day wondering what challenge you will have the opporunity to tackle next. We do not dodge these challenges and in many ways we look for them, knowing that we have the creativity, the talent and the work ethic to overcome any hurdle. Everyone is treated as equals and on day one you will be given tremendous responsibility reflecting the trust that upper management has in us. We really are doing a world of good.

Cons

Fast paced, fast growing have to be on your toes to keep up.

Advice to Management

They are doing a great job!

    Pros

Gym, daycare, healthcare, restaurants all on site. Fantastic training resources. Wonderful paid maternity leave.

    Cons

There were very few things I didn't like about working for Chesapeake. The "advice to management" touches on the main issue I had while working there.

    Advice to Management

If I could have changed anything about my time at Chesapeake, I would have preferred that once I had completed the lease analyst training and I was ready to be placed in the district office, that they had given me a chance to try out different groups to find the right fit. I felt as though I was placed with a group that I just didn't enjoy working with. If I had had the opportunity to get a little taste of each area, I would have been happier for mylast year and a half there.
