Pros

The company has excellent benefits and supports employees' community service.

Cons

Stability of employment is a continuing issue. Although teamwork is emphasized, there is little of it, and the trend is getting worse.

    Very good benefits, they treat employees very well, best 401k match in energy industry, they give you lots of responsibility early on in your career

    Pros

    Lots of intern opportunities to learn not only all about the company, but also to experience OKC and network.

    Cons

    I didn't get to work overtime, but I did get let out early if I worked more than 40 hours a week.

    Put more of the lunch and learns toward the beginning of the summer.
