I have been working at Chesapeake Energy full-time (less than a year)

Pros

new equipment, great pay per hour, home every night, and great benefitsgood people to work with,2 weeks of PTO the first year,401k match up to 15%,

Cons

not enough terminals,im thinking about moving to east texas, but the only place to transfer is south texas,we work a 5/2 and a 5/3 schedule , personally i think 3 days off is a bit much,

Advice to ManagementAdvice

if you could put us on a 5/2-5/2 that would be great, if we need another day off or two ,we just use our PTO

Challenging - dealing with an outrageous amount of ambiguity a must.

I have been working at Chesapeake Energy full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great people, nice campus, good restaurants, and nice fitness facility. 15% match for 401k in company stock (could be a con also).

    Cons

No solid direction in IT. Staff and first level supervisors are unappreciated. Little to no raises for most in IT for over 1 year. Amazing # of people at the fitness facility for several hours at lunch. Parking sucks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Less talking about poor morale and more doing something about it.

    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
