    Pros

    Good training programs for employees.

    Cons

Need to pay service subsidiaries a competitive wage.

    Advice to Management

Seek out managers and supervisors that are good "people" people.

I have been working at Chesapeake Energy full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great people, nice campus, good restaurants, and nice fitness facility. 15% match for 401k in company stock (could be a con also).

    Cons

No solid direction in IT. Staff and first level supervisors are unappreciated. Little to no raises for most in IT for over 1 year. Amazing # of people at the fitness facility for several hours at lunch. Parking sucks.

    Advice to Management

Less talking about poor morale and more doing something about it.
