I worked at Chevo Consulting full-time for more than a year
Pros – Good salary and benefits. Good cultural mix, some team members are great to work with.
Cons – Clueless management team re:the federal market place. No BD personnel and Program Managers are not focused on clients' requirements.
Advice to Senior Management – Decide what type of company you want to be...determine your focus and hire capable managers.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
