Pros

Great benefits. Great work life balance. Lots of opportunity for advancement, training, and mobility. Excellent focus on safety.

Cons

Large corporation, so lots of process. This can slow things down a bit.

    Big company that swallows up smaller, employee-owned businesses.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be cautious. ALL upper management WILL get replaced by corporate cronies, regardless of what is promised at the time of acquisition.
