Pros

Safety conscious company. Challenging work environment. Great coworkers and team values are encouraged.

Cons

low salary. Growth is slow

Advice to Senior Management

Try to be more cognizant of effective employees. Caste system should be eliminated considering that all are potential risks and this just contradicts the image that the company is trying to project.
