    Pros

Nice coworkers and get to meet different people everyday

    Cons

Dead-end job, employees' schedule are often adjusted to meet business needs, and employees can be easily blamed for every little thing.

    Advice to Management

Hire employees that are able to perform job duties with excellent problem solving skills and treat employees as human beings, not machines.
