    Pros

-- People are great to work with
    -- It's an exciting industry
-- Compenstation and benefits are great
-- Great supporter of training and development

    Cons

-- As with any large organization bureaucracy is rampant.
-- If you are not mobile, career development opportunities tend to cease.
-- HQ operates like the “mothership” and is disconnected from its field offices.

    Advice to Management

A “one size fits all” approach doesn’t apply to a global organization.
Leaders and supervisors should learn to recognize their employees more often.
