Cons

Extremely large fortune 500 company, sometimes you feel lost within the organization or don't know where to find things that are buried within the organization
minor things are stressed to the point that you find yourself spending lots of work time not doing work but instead taking care of company mandates and whatnot.

Advice to Senior Management

cut back on excess programs that dont actually contribute to an increase to profit.
make training more clearcut and try to trim back on bureaucracy.
