Pros

Great salary, great hours, great environment, great location. Could potentially get the chance to see and work on some very interesting things.

Cons

A lot of the people have been here for 15+ years, so hard to feel comfortable in the beginning since everybody knows everybody already. Also, promotions are based on seniority primarily, so if you want to advance quickly, not the place no matter how hard you work.

Advice to Senior Management

Allow employees to evaluate managers and give feedback on them as well. Reconsider how promotions are awarded, we understand time and experience is important but management should be up to date on technology and be flexible to the changing environment of the workplace.
