A place to build a career with impact.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Houston, TX

ProsThe organization is truly committed to a great set of corporate values, particularly around health, safety, and ethical business practices. They permeate every program and are embedded in the everyday culture of employees here.

ConsWe have an interesting dynamic. Although it's rapidly changing business climate, and quick responses are needed, the high-dollar risks entailed mean we must use a complex decision evaluation and execution process, with huge amounts of collaboration. This can be frustrating to some who want more independence or speed.
