Pros

Major Energy company with great benefits and work/life balance. Salaries are well above avg and annual bonus is a great plus. Love working 9/80s, which you have a 3 day weekend twice a month.

Cons

corporate politics are above and beyond, but what do you expect for a large energy company. If you are not known, you will not move up in the company nor be selected for other positions.

Advice to Management

remove red tape!!

    Pros

GREAT campus and cafeteria, friendly environment around campus, wonderful creative energy is experienced within the internal creative agency. They keep me busy all the time, but comp days make up for all the overtime hours. People really do care, and want to see you succeed.

    Cons

LONG drive from San Francisco. Workload does get stressful, especially when you're juggling many projects at any given time.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work! and Thank you for taking a chance on me.

    Pros

Good, capable people to work with. Competitive salary and benefits. Ability to manage ones career.

    Cons

Lots of processes, poor HR department.

    Advice to Management

Time to prune some of the processes back before they completely overwhelm the value added work.
