Pros

Great 9/80 schedule. Huge 401 K bonus. Competitve Salary. Relaxed Atmosphere.

Cons

Easy to get forgotten in such a large company. Very political when it comes to promotions.

Advice to Senior Management

ability of the workers should be the key driver in promotions as oppossed to who you know.
