Very Rewarding

Reservoir Engineer (Current Employee) Houston, TX

ProsVery good work-life balance. Great people with diverse background. Workplace politics is minimal. Horizon program is very good for fresh graduates. Good opportunity if you want to relocate ouside US

ConsToo many processes can kill the opportunity to do real technical works. Most of the managers are not very efficient. Some business unit can be very stingy. Getting promotion is really difficult once you reach pay-grade 23.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease try to reduce unncessary processes. Keep the good work-life balance as it is. Try to create leaders not just managers.
