They have given people a chance that don't really have full experience with the job. I think the pay if fairly good.

Cons

People really like to gossip so trouble seems to stir up in some groups a lot.

Advice to Senior Management

There's nothing more hurtful when you are trying to tell management that there are people that aren't doing their job and playing on the internet or playing games or smoking to much for too long while your working your butt off. Then your called a trouble maker.
