I worked at Chicago Bridge & Iron full-time for more than 3 years

ProsMy Manager was probably the best, I'd ever had. In General, engineers are treated fairly and are paid well.

ConsSome legacy managers are not as capable as one would like.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe very careful about RIFs, You may be losing your very best people
