I worked at Chicago Bridge & Iron full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

My Manager was probably the best, I'd ever had. In General, engineers are treated fairly and are paid well.

Cons

Some legacy managers are not as capable as one would like.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be very careful about RIFs, You may be losing your very best people
