    Pros: Provides great insight on how not to conduct business. Cons: There is no leadership, the few good managers are not allowed to use best practices… Advice to Senior Management: Project management needs to provide guidance and assistance to project staff, reports are useful only when data is necessary, up to date and meaningful. … More
