Pros

Progressive in the nuclear field.

Cons

Considered primarily a company for "boiler makers".

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Bring more to the table....per dium. Dont just rely on site contracts.

    management at three rivers office is unbelievably inexperienced

    igh rate of turn-over. Low employee morale. Current management is driving these two factors.

    Pros

    CB&I fffers competitive compensation and benefits. There is a guaranteed annual performance review. Office is in a great location and it is a well designed office space.

    Cons

    There is limited opportunity for professional advancement. They are not making a culture that promotes contentment and productivity for employees. There is high turnover of highly talented white-collar workers. Non-management employees are routinely looking for other work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    To Corporate: Lighten up! It isn't the 1950's anymore. To regional: Invest in the talent that you have.
