I have been working at Chicago Bridge & Iron as an intern for less than a year

Pros1) people there are really nice and eager to share with new graduate;
2) you would get various training;
3) good reputation in the industry

Cons1) a little bit slow pace,
2) a lot travel if you are full time
3) fair pay but not good
4) average age is like 40 in my department
