Pros

Good co-workers...some workers are very supportive of one another and work well together.

Cons

Bad co-workers...have to keep a record of everything, make sure you cc: an extra person on every email, don't trust everyone...even senior management will lie, if back is against the wall. If you have a verbal conversation with someone, make sure you back it up with an email confirmation.

    Pros

Close to transportation. Recognize most holidays with paid time off.

    Cons

Long term government employees with no formal training. Outdated internal infrastructure. Sr. Management and Executive Staff needs communication and interpersonal skills training.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat staff with respect, provide leadership and opportunity for advancement. Give employees raises and not just to Executive staff.
