Current Employee – been working at Chicago Public Schools

Pros – Benefits, Hours (used to be good - many hours spent extra if really dedicated and you want to keep up with the data/metrics of your students)

Cons – Long long days with little resources; block scheduling; inexperienced Leadership; constant change; negative publicity; wasted resources; inability to follow through with discipline of repeat offenders; inbalance of resources on North side vs. South side schools.

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your employees. Follow through on your discipline of those who need to go to a special school. Obtain resources.
