I have been working at Chick-fil-A part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

very flexible schedule, good for students
    1,000 dollar college scholarship
    fun people to work with
    room for growth and advancement

    Cons

ask a lot for low pay, ranging in between minimum wage and nine dollars for team members and team leaders. I have been a team leader for a year and a half and I still make less than 9 an hour. customers have ridiculously high expectations of us and get so upset and rude when they aren't met.

I have been working at Chick-fil-A part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Nice people, good environment to work at, Christian people work there, have fun with people, made some great friends along the way

    Cons

Terrible pay, too many employees, not enough hours for people who actually desire them, they just hire more people and don't give raises to people who deserve them.
