I worked at Chick-fil-A part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The employees are all extremely nice and hard workers. The customers love and even adore you. The pay is not bad for fast food.

    Cons

Management is young, inexperienced, and always on edge. Everyone constantly works in fear of being disciplined. The rules are always changing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Actually care about your employees. Don't just act like you care. Try to work with them to improve rather than just using them for the bottom line. Find quality managers not just loyal ones.

I have been working at Chick-fil-A part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

very flexible schedule, good for students
    1,000 dollar college scholarship
    fun people to work with
    room for growth and advancement

    Cons

ask a lot for low pay, ranging in between minimum wage and nine dollars for team members and team leaders. I have been a team leader for a year and a half and I still make less than 9 an hour. customers have ridiculously high expectations of us and get so upset and rude when they aren't met.
