I have been working at Chick-fil-A full-time (less than an year)

Pros

Great people, great food, great atmosphere and management, helpful employees and leadership,, good opportunities to advance, good location, and guaranteed business.

Cons

Can be VERY busy. This is the only con in my eyes, and even when it's busy, all of the employees work together as hard as they can to satisfy the customers.

I worked at Chick-fil-A part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    -Good coworkers

    -Free meal/drink for each shift.

    -Customers are usually very nice.

    -Flexible schedule.

-Good management for the most part.

    Cons

Hectic days such as cow appreciation, power outages, last day of school, or CFA appreciation day can be extremely busy. If not enough supplies were ordered, then that day is going to be hard having to tell people we don't have something they want.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure to be well stocked for known promotion days.
