I have been working at Chick-fil-A full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

You work with people who are better workers than many restaurants. The staff is held to high standards. You get to eat Chick-fil-A a lot. You learn how to be a servant. You get to work in a great environment.

Cons

You do have to deal with customers who want a dollar menu and think that Chick-fil-A is expensive. Some people hate Chick-fil-A because of it's ties to Christian beliefs, but I'm a Christian so that is not a problem for me.
