Chick-fil-A is a positive environment full of learning and opportunity for development and growth.

Restaurant Marketing Director (Current Employee) Fort Myers, FL

ProsEach store is individually owned and operated so therefore each store is unique. The food is amazing and cooked fresh on site, so therefore the employees believe in the product that they serve. Depending on the store you choose there are areas to grow and develop, and plenty of ways to get involved with little side projects.

ConsThis is not necessarily a con to me but can be for some people: this environment is extremely fast paced and you need to keep up with it. Some stores between 12-1PM can do anywhere from $1200-$2400 for lunch alone. To get to those numbers all cashiers, dining room crew, drive thru need to be fast and efficient.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
