I have been working at Chick-fil-A full-time for more than a year

Pros

Each store is individually owned and operated so therefore each store is unique. The food is amazing and cooked fresh on site, so therefore the employees believe in the product that they serve. Depending on the store you choose there are areas to grow and develop, and plenty of ways to get involved with little side projects.

Cons

This is not necessarily a con to me but can be for some people: this environment is extremely fast paced and you need to keep up with it. Some stores between 12-1PM can do anywhere from $1200-$2400 for lunch alone. To get to those numbers all cashiers, dining room crew, drive thru need to be fast and efficient.
