When working at chick-fil-A ,you are working as a team. When i was working at chick-fil-A we had a meeting every morning before we start. Also as I continued to work with chick-fil-A company one thing I love is learning costumers names, and that they can leave with a smile.

    I have been working at Chick-fil-A part-time

    Pros

Good community-oriented team- if you have to work food-service, here is it. Workplace culture is highly dependent on the individual CFA you work at, but just because upper management holds rigid values doesn't mean lower management is going to be judgmental. Scholarship opportunities.

    Cons

Homophobia, customer-base, general customer-service stress- Customers assume you hold same values as company, very hard work compared to other fast-food where you'd get paid roughly the same for doing far less.
