I worked at Chick-fil-A full-time for more than a year

ProsGood pay, off Sundays, free food, if you're good at kissing ass, and biting your tongue, you'll go far. There will always be work available

ConsOwners play favorites and have cliques within their own team and other managers, so if you don't work out with personalities and one location, you're pretty much screwed at working for any other in your tri-state area. All Owners are supposed to be on-site, but never are, it would make a difference if they were.

Advice to Senior ManagementMost Owners are not hands on and management are the ones actually making the locations a success.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
