I have been working at Chick-fil-A full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    - Excellent food, Daily meal per shift worked saves on lunch money and can be healthy if you're wise. A chargrill and small fruit cup is a healthy and filling lunch.
    - Reasonable pay
    - Friendly environment

    Cons

    - Pay only reasonable for the young or unencumbered. A little over minimum wage will not support a family (1st hand experience), but for a single or young person with few responsibilities it would work fine.

    - Normal food service environment. Fighting for hours and working in a furnace sometimes. Not a con specifically for CFA, but for the industry. Don't be surprised.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

CFA makes a LOT of money. Pay your staff a little more, especially kitchen staff.
