    I have been working at Chick-fil-A part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    It's a good first job, fast paced and few hours.

    Cons

    Too stressful for the minimum wage pay. Will always give it your 100% but will be overlooked when promoting team to managers and always treated like you're below them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    They need to get their head out of their butts and actually create a team that works as a whole, not having a bunch of arrogant jerks in charge of a bunch of highschoolers...
