I have been working at Chico's FAS part-time for more than a year

Pros – The clothes are great they sell themselves. You get a nice discount with special chances to get a deeper discount at certain times. The people and customers are fun. You get a chance to earn a lot of extra money through their bonus system.

Cons – Alot is expected of you. You get constant emails daily and the expectations are always changing. You have to get everything done at once and help the customers. The hourly salary is just not enough to live on. It is fine if the money you earn is just yourfun money. Otherwise, you can't make a living on it. It is alot of work for not alot of money.

Advice to Senior Management – Stop being so demanding. Let the stores sell. Do not boggle them down with minutia and tasks. Pay a decent wage. You would be able to keep more of your good people.
