There are a lot of great people who work for the company. And it was nice to be close to the beach.

Cons

The company has no organization. There are no process and procedures in place. The company is mostly made up of people who have been there forever and have been promoted simply for being there, or people from all over corporate America who have grand ideas about busting in and fixing what's broken. There's no training or development, and a huge lack of support from upper management.

Clean house! And value your people - train and develop them.
