Chico's FAS Assistant Manager:   (Current Employee)

Pros

It's a fun place to work and the full-time benefits are great.

Cons

I'd probably say the hours of operation if you're not accustomed to working retail. Also, I'd have to say that the hourly rate for assistant managers is a little low.

Advice to Senior Management

Get more feedback from store managers.
