Details

Chico's FAS Was Assistant Manager in Houston, TX:   (Past Employee - 2008)

Pros

Good clothing of line. It hit the baby boomer generation and the 40's up.

Cons

There is not organization, not good managment and no good team work.

Advice to Senior Management

To be more bio-cultural and hire more hispanic. Management level are very descriminatory toward ' Latinas'.
