Pros

Great discount, somewhat flexible schedule (for retail), some merchandise quite nice, no worse or better than other retailers in terms of pushing product on customer.

Cons

Merch quality not always there, Dist Mgr wasn't always particularly supportive and when Regionals would visit, all prep was geared around how good she would look. Always seemed to be secrets the DMs were sharing. Managers didn't always seem to be in the know.
