casual environment, nice people, good community and nice place to live if you enjoy year round summer, convenient work location

Cons

no respect for work/life balance, management cannot make up their minds, too many meetings, backstabbing, lack of respect for those who relocate to Ft Myers and then get laid off

Advice to Senior Management

Chicos needs to develop a corporate culture that is progressive, not old school churn them and burn them...they need better systems and better HR support
