Company willing to negotiate pay, pay is higher than industry standard, possibility to earn commission, senior management in corporate office encourages feedback, even entry level employees are highly valued

Cons

Inconsistent hours, strong sales emphasis and meeting goals is considered a must, unrealistic sales goals that are not adjusted much throughout the year

Advice to Senior Management

Overall, a good company that tries to support all its employees, even its hourly associates. The only complaints I have are minor
