Current Employee – been working at Child Family and Community Services full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – The company is very small and easy to communicate with others. Help services under privedge people in the community.

Cons – Mangers and people in the main office seem disconnected from their main services employees and often talk to them like children and under value their input.

Advice to Senior Management – Be willing to listen to employees more and treat them as members of a team as well hire more qualified individuals.
