I have been working at ChildCare Careers part-time for less than a year

    Pros

A lot of flexibility in the hours, learn the different schools in the area which creates great re pore and contact base.

    Cons

Time cards have to be mailed in, and there's no direct deposit into your own personal bank.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employee website needs updating. There should be a section for time card stamps, and the option to direct deposit money to your own bank account. The prepaid card is just a little too much sometimes.
