Pros

best place to take your kid

Cons

would not go back to work there EVER!
Try UT Southwestern.
It seems that some of new senior management is empire building and could not care about the
real workers
The street says there is going to be a layoffs in 2013
I would tell more but don't want to get into a lawsuit

    Pros

    great people to work with. Teaching hospital, with lots of opportunities to learn and share.

    Cons

    raises not great, salary average...because its a hospital. Often people promoted to manager that don't have proper training.

    Pros

    There are a lot of good people on the front lines.

    Cons

    Management is political and dysfunctional and there are a series of layoffs going on of many of their best people.

    Reorganization needs to happen from the top down. You are eliminating some of your best and most experienced people.
