Pros

Company has great benefits and I truly felt they cared about the employees, always hosting employee events for moral and doing what they could to take care

Cons

With it being such a big company, sometimes things took a little longer to be taken care of inside a department. Over all good though

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Even if it can't be fixed, make the employee at least feel like you are listening to their suggestion

    Pros

    great people to work with. Teaching hospital, with lots of opportunities to learn and share.

    Cons

    raises not great, salary average...because its a hospital. Often people promoted to manager that don't have proper training.

    Pros

    There are a lot of good people on the front lines.

    Cons

    Management is political and dysfunctional and there are a series of layoffs going on of many of their best people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Reorganization needs to happen from the top down. You are eliminating some of your best and most experienced people.
