Pros – A teaching hospital is a great place to learn and teach others. A very positive experience. The benefits are fantastic. Here you can make a difference in many children's lives. The surrounding town is fun and beautiful to be in. Children's will teach you necessary skills to move up for free.

Cons – It can be far to drive and traffic troublesome. If you are not use to strangers, this is not the place for you.

Advice to Senior Management – As human beings, we learn from our mistakes. When those mistakes are not corrected for every department, suspicion arises. When suitable replacements can not be found in a reasonable amount of time then those covering should not be held responsible. Team work is the key.
