I worked at Children's Hospital Boston

Pros

A teaching hospital is a great place to learn and teach others. A very positive experience. The benefits are fantastic. Here you can make a difference in many children's lives. The surrounding town is fun and beautiful to be in. Children's will teach you necessary skills to move up for free.

Cons

It can be far to drive and traffic troublesome. If you are not use to strangers, this is not the place for you.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

As human beings, we learn from our mistakes. When those mistakes are not corrected for every department, suspicion arises. When suitable replacements can not be found in a reasonable amount of time then those covering should not be held responsible. Team work is the key.
