HR is non-helpful and the research department staff lack motivation, common sense and willingness to work with other.

ProsThe research area is full of people that are willing to help each other. Such as finding instruments, reagents, or just for advice.

ConsNot close to a shuttle making the commute horrible.
Research does not get much recognition.
HR is horrible and unreliable.

Advice to Senior ManagementLearn to reward and show appreciation for all departments of the hospital. The research department does not seem to get much attention.
