I have been working at Chili's

Pros – Great money, good friends, fun atmosphere. I look forward to going to work every day. The managers take great care of the customers and therefore the servers make great money.

Cons – Relying on the kindness and competence of your customers can be very trying at times. Very physically and mentally exhausting work.

Advice to Senior Management – Love my job! The management team is fantastic. They are always understanding and go the extra step to help out.
