Chili's – “OK place to work.”

Pros

It was the only place I ever waited tables, but I liked working there ok. No place is perfect, but overall it was a good place to work.

Cons

We were always short staffed and scheduling was unpredictable. You got your schedule only one week in advance which made it hard to make plans for your time off.

Advice to Senior Management

I know it is management's job to catch and fix mistakes and keep the employees working efficiently; however, don't forget to commend a job well done every now and then. An employee will work much harder for someone if they feel their hard work will be appreciated.
